Good experience transporting BMW convertible

I have never had experience with transporting a vehicle before so felt insecure as to how to start.
After getting on line and studying the transport company ratings I contacted Red Carpet Transport. The broker Tige Yearsin explained in detail how the process worked and answered my questions. He understood the time frame that I was working with since I was flying from Kansas to Oregon to be available to assist with the transfer Tige found a driver who would pick up the vehicle on the day I was going to be available in Oregon. The pickup service was right on the day needed. Tige was available during the entire transfer so I knew exactly what to expect. The car arrived a day earlier than expected and I was notified in ample time to arrange to be available to pick the vehicle up. The car arrived in excellent condition. I was very impressed with the ability to communicate with Tige and the truck driver. I would use the service of Red Carpet and Tige again. It was a very professional but personal interaction that I appreciated.
