I have never shipped a car before, didn't know anybody who had, and was pretty worried about doing so. After reading a bunch of weird reviews (and getting more nervous), I came across Red Carpet, and specifically Cheryl Phiffer, and thought it was a good fit. From the get-go, Cheryl was on the ball - very kind, very understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable about the process. Her tone, confidence, and honesty put me at ease. She also "got it" about my car. It is a car I hardly drive, and definitely "my baby." I know she talked with the driver about my concerns and genuinely cared that my car got there in perfect shape.

She was most gracious and considerate and kept me posted EVERY step of the way. I thought I would be nervous when they picked up my car, but I actually wasn't. I knew Cheryl and Red Carpet would be awesome.

Indeed, they were! Cheryl - thank you so much for caring about me, my order, and my car. I hope I never have to ship a car again, but I will definitely know who to call if I do. Thank you!!!
