My overall experience was very good. Ashley tried to be as helpful as she could be. There was a discrepancy as to when I was told my cars would be picked up but they were then picked up on time.
The cars were dirty when they arrived as expected since it was an open trailer, but there is a stain that is on the hood of one vehicle that I have not been able to get out as yet. Also, the front ends are now making noise which may be due to cars being strapped down to tight. The only other negative thing was that I would think they would give a bigger discount shipping 2 cars from and to the same place, but they didn't. Other than that they were a good company to deal with.
