Red Carpet Transportation- honest and on time

I had never shipped a car before so I was a little nervous. I chose Red Carpet Transportation because the price seemed to be mid-range (other quotes ranged from low-$600. to high $1300.). I was told to be leary of low ball quotes because companies play bate and switch, so i was looking for a mid- price company with good online reviews. I chose Red Carpet.
Now it boiled down to the sales person. If he or she could honestly answer my questions and concerns; give an A to B process-what to expect from start to finish and bottom line quote w/out any bull- I would sign. I met Red Carpet Transp. sales person Jack Crowley who did just that.

The best thing about Jack was that he was always available by phone to answer any questions that would pop up during the process and seemed concerned that Red Carpet did a good job.
Again, the best thing- JACK WAS AVAILABLE DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS- this really helped ease my mind cause the car was being hauled a long way- from South FLA to Central Coast CA.
Red Carpet does broker the deal - so you will be dealing with another company that hauls your car. I was a little concerned when told this but Jack helped by providing any information I asked for about the hauling company and even set up special instructions for the driver to move my car a few blocks to load. The driver was professional and always available by cell phone. He did a great job and delivered my car right on time.
I am pleased to recommend Red Carpet Transportation to anyone in need of car transportation.
