I purchased a 2009 BMW from Autotrader. Alice was excellent throughout the entire experience. She was communicative and accomodating. ...and my car arrived 3 days early.

Also, the shipper was very thorough. I've shipped 3 cars over the past 2 years, and this shipper showed an eye for detail unlike the other shippers. He marked up the receipt (similar to the ones you fill out before renting a car) with about 20 more scratches/ stains/ marks than I would've caught.

It was an excellent experience, and I plan to use Red Carpet again in the future.l
