I would recommend this comapny again in a heartbeat! When making inquiries about transport, I was given a wealth of information and everything was totally up front. The down payment was not assessed until the van was loaded and the final charge (no extras slipped in) was collected at delivery. Except for a little road dust (to be expected on an open trailer), it arrived in perfect condition on what appeared to be a brand new trailer with the sweetest driver. Melody and Shiela were a pleasure to work with; even though the original estimate was not on the low end, they were able to give me an excellent discount because I was able to be totally flexible on when I needed the vehicle. It was picked up at their cost effective convenience, and delivered in an appropriate time frame (I was happy with "whenever" on this end) after Oct 1.
