I apologize for any misunderstanding. I did inform you that all price quotes, pickup and delivery dates are the best estimate at that time. While fuel costs are a factor in the carrier pricing it is not the only factor. In this case the carrier was going out of their way to help you move this car. I'm sorry that I didn't make that clear when I called to let you know what the status of your load. You did have the opportunity to decline the carrier's offer and you chose to move forward despite the price increase. In the end your car did arrive intact at it's final destination .
