I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED

There were A LOT OF MISCOMMUNICATION between the broker and driver.

I am generally satisfied with the broker. But I am totally upset about Rodriguez Auto Tranport, who was the driving company.




Problem 1. No Dispatch Info

The broker did NOT give me the dispatch information (driver's name/number, company name, etc.) in a timely manner. I had to ask them to give that information. Before I get the information from broker, the driver just called me, so I was surprised to have a stranger calling me to pickup my car.


Problem 2. Early Pickup

The broker called me and said the driver will pick the car tomorrow morning, so I have organized my schedule accordingly. However, the driver suddenly called and said they need to pickup the car tonight. So my schedule has been messed up.


Problem 3. Conversation & Pickup

The driver's English was really hard to communicate. I wanted to actually see my car being shipped to the truck. But they did not understand my request. So finally I just let them drive my car to the truck without my presence.


Problem 4. LATE DELIVERY!!

In the initial dispatch information, the estimated delivery was Thursday. However, the broker forwarded the message to me that the delivery will be delayed one day (Friday). OK, I understood and waited. However, I STILL DON'T HAVE THE CAR (it is Saturday 7 pm now).


Problem 5. DRIVER's HONESTY

During this delay, I called both the broker and truck driver regarding the status of my car. I understand there could be some delay. But at least they should give the expected delay so that customer can make schedule of themselves. However, they are just keep delaying the expected delivery dates AGAIN and AGAIN.


Conclusion

I am okay with Red Carpet Auto Transport on the coordination. However, I am really pissed off with the truck company Rodriguez Auto Transport. DON'T LET THIS COMPANY MOVE YOUR CAR.
