I wish I could give Heather and my experience with Red Carpet more than 5 stars. I've shipped my daughter's car every year during her college years because she attends an out of state school and I don't want her driving alone. She's a senior this year, but I have yet to call back the broker(s) who set those passed transports up because they were all nightmares. I wish I came across Heather earlier in my daughters college career - I would have had less headaches!

I placed my bid and waited to get swamped with offers, which I did and started calling them to talk about the transport. Red Carpet's bid fell on the high middle range. I've learned over the years to call this range if I want the car to be picked up in a reasonable amount of time. I got Heather on the phone and made my decision to go with Red Carpet almost instantly. She answered all my questions and put me at ease quickly. I gave her my CC and held my breath. She called back the same day with a trucker. . .now that was a new experience for me! The only glitch in the whole process was with the trucker - no fault of Heathers. He got tied up with another customer and couldn't pick up the day he originally gave but he came the following morning. The trucker and his wife picked up the car and it was off to Tennesee. Heather kept up with me and the situation and honestly couldn't have been better. The car arrived to my daughter in 2 days from pickup - Perfect.

I would not hesitate to call Heather and Red Carport Transport again in the future. I'm keeping her number for the next go round!
