I was extremely leary on using a transporting company to ship my vehicle across the country. I did not have the time or energy to fly to Chicago and drive solo for two days; missing work; cost of flight, gas, and motel would be almost the same cost.....
I started reading reviews on the internet and came across Red Carpet.
All I can say is that the process was overwhelming, with so many brokers emailing me. Karen emailed and left it alone; I called her and she was ALWAYS patient and calm and polite towards me and my many questions. It seems like a very high-stressed job and, bottom-line, she made me feel that my vehicle was going to be safe and secure....

Her customer service, alone, is why I gave Cheryl my credit card ....the Xterra arrived early / on-time. The driver was extremely nice and helpful....even when my battery was found to be DOA.

He jump-started my car and OFF the ramp it came.

I have to THANK Red Carpet and Cheryl for keeping in contact with me and showing such professionalism.
