My only snag was that the carrier requested, at the last minute, to pick-up my vehicle and drive it across town to a terminal due to "personal business". This was not part of the agreement with Red Carpet so I said no. I tryed to contact Red Carpet by telephone about this request but there was no response. The carrier finally agreed to pick-up my vehicle at my desired address and it was transported with no other problem to the final destination.
I would have liked for Red Carpet to have returned my 2 calls to them about this on the day of the pick-up.
