I had never shipped a vehicle before and had no idea how the process would actually work. My experience with the company was an exceptional one from the initial introductory email to the delivery of my vehicle. The introductory email covered numerous aspects of the process, pointed out ways to evaluate a prospective company's bid and left me feeling possessed of sufficient tools to compare prospective bids from different companies. Sheila followed up the email with a telephone call and offered to answer any questions I had about the process. After reviewing 15 different company's bids and websites, I chose Red Carpet because I was impressed with the professional approach, the website and the detailed explanation of the entire process. My vehicle is owned by a large automotive company and was stored in a huge lot. All I had to do was give Sheila the telephone number of the contact person and she handled the entire process after that. I got a call within 24 hours that my carcould be picked up on the first date that I'd indicated it would be available. I was contacted again when the trucker picked up the vehicle and was informed that it would arrive the next afternoon and that the trucker would call me as he approached my area. He did call and arrived promptly. He drove the vehicle off the truck and put it right into my garage.

I wish all business dealings could be this smooth!!!
