Timely Pickup, polite driver

The pick-up was very timely and the driver was very friendly and polite. The only issue was that the vehicle arrived to its destination earlier than the customer representative had forecasted, and I was not there to receive the car. The driver offered to keep the car at his home until I made it there. Luckily, I had someone there to receive the car for me. The car was in perfect condition, except for a little dirty.
Great customer service, always answered or returned my calls promptly.
