Alice made sure the entire process was very smooth. Apparently, the orignal company dispatched had problems. Alice found another company to pick up our vehicle. It was very seamless and if she didn't call us, we wouldn't have known the difference. The car traveled from Las Vegas to Chicago in 2 days!!!! Very fast and reliable service.
