I apologize for the experience. As you can see from our reviews, this is not a common theme. From reading the notes of your order, your first available date was on July 8th and you cancelled on the 10th and we had until the 14th to get your car picked up. The quote we gave was not high or low, but right down the middle of the road. It's understandable you got nervous, especially with everyone calling and trying to poach the order. I'm happy you got your car moved and wish you the best moving forward.
