Kristi of Red Carpet was responsive and provided excellent communications during the important initial planning for this transportation request. She explained all the requirements clearly and answered a number of questions I had in the straightforward manner that is so lacking with the less professional brokers.
The early arrival by the assigned motor transporter was a bit annoying since I did not have time to prepare my sister-in-law, who was not in a great state of mind with her husband having just passed away. The transporter had indicated pick-up the following day to Red Carpet, and so there was no fault by the broker.
It all worked out in the end and the beast has been delivered, unscathed as best I can determine.
