Red Carpet Auto Transport was great to work with the shipping of our daughter's jeep. We originally had a contract with another company but got out of it due to the fact they could not get the jeep picked up within a reasonable time frame. Cheryl Phiffer was excellent to work with and most important always follow through with what she said she would do. The Jeep was picked up within days from placing our order and the delivery of it went smoothly.It took a total of 7 days to get the jeep from SC to CA. We were very nervous about how this whole process would be like but it was painless with Red carpet. Cheryl Phiffer has wonderful customer service skills and is a great representation of Red Carpet Auto Transport.I have been in Sales for 10 years and one thing that is greatly lacking is excellent customer service. Red Carpet Auto Transport is a wonderful example of excellent customer service. We will use them again in the future if in need without a doubt.
