Excellent broker that follows through and communicates. No excuses or passing the buck like most brokers and transporters. Most brokers will simply collect their fee and when there are issues, they refuse to deal with them and say it is always the transporters fault when in fact the transporter is often lied to. This Broker presented the facts and timelines appropriately and elimintated any possibility of confusion or issues.
