We needed to have our car picked up in Washington for transport to NY on a specific date because our son was driving it down from Vancouver and his work schedule didn't allow flexibility. Rapture Transport was the only company that said they could do a guaranteed pick up. Our son was even able to choose to have it picked up in the morning. During my several contacts with Kurt Tamulonis of Rapture he was always very patient and willing to take the time to answer all my questions. Shortly after the driver picked up the car he called our son and then my husband to let him know everything went as planned. He even let my husband know that our son was on the train back to Vancouver. He sent an e-mail to let me know the car would be delivered between October 27th and 31st. Alex the driver called on the 27th to let us know it would arrive the next day, which it did in the same condition as when it was picked up. I would highly recommend Rapture Transport's services and use them again if the need ever arises.
