There is a reason why Rapid Transporters have poor reviews & an F rating with the BBB. Do your homework before you choose this company. They do not answer email, texts or calls...the mailbox is always full so you cannot leave a message. Customer communication is next to non existent...extremely frustrating and non professional. My car was finally dispatched & the experience with the trucking co. that transported the car was excellent....no problems. There are many companies with five star ratings that you can choose to dispatch your car....don't settle for less.
