As a broker Range Auto Transport was fantastic. Booked on Friday, had a call Saturday that the car would be picked up on Sunday. There was confusion as to where I lived so the driver wouldn't take my car. Within an hour Rachel (at Range Auto Transport) called to apologize and said that she would find another trucking Co. Two days later she called and said that the car would be picked up in two days. Unfortunately the truckers were not very dependable and there was a one day delay. Again, Rachel called to resolve the problem for me. Two days later when it arrived in Western New York, the trucker called me and said that if I wanted it that day I would have to drive 25 miles to pick it up. Again Rachel intervened and I had the car within 3 hours. Range Transport is customer friendly, courteous, reliable and I would recommend them to anyone.
