I wished I had come to this site before I paid this women my deposit. I hope anyone reading this has not and will NOT use this company. People the bad outweighs the good here. Take some advice from the people who have been burned and use another company. For those of you going through the same thing we went through, my advice to you is to dispute the charge with your credit card company and seek legal advice. This company should be shut down. I believe they give you a low price that no driver out there is going to accept and therefore they are unable to ship your car for you in a resonable amount of time. making $125.00 a pop isnt such a bad deal for 1 phone call. I booked this on august 11th by August 19th still no driver to be found. My husband was forced to drive the car down to Florida from Jersey so my daughter would have a car for when she started classes on Monday. I had to call Rachel quite a few times(lost track) because I think she actually returned my call once, until i started using *67 to block my number. It is bad business to take someone's money and not fulfill your commitment and promise. If you are unable to fulfill then RETURN THE DEPOSIT so that you dont run in to the situation of upsetting a consumer and having negative comments written about your company.

P.S. cant wait to see what Rachel has to say this time to defend the company.....
Remember Rachel, in good business...the customer is always right. You will be successful if you follow the golden rule..just some professional advice for you. Hope you take it.

CUSTOMER HARASSMENT BECAUSE I STATED THAT THE DEPOSIT WAS NONE REFUNDABLE First I would like to say that I have answered every one of your calls and returned your calls at your office a few times until your husband has made many calls singing , leaving harassing messages calling hanging up about 7 times one after the other and it all happened after you told me that you didn't want to wait for a driver and wanted to cancel than you called me and that's when I told you that you husband forgot to block his number before he left me does messages and that's when those calls started to become blocked by you guys I have it all recorded on my answering machine and caller I.D. I have told you that I plan on going with this to my attorney I have found you guys a driver on the 15th and your husband stated it was too early and that the girls are still using the car until the 18th when they return to school I have stated to him that we cant guarantee a date and that the deposit is none refundable as stated on all e-mails sent to you guys I still plan on going forward with the harassment charges
