We DON'T STILL we are an honest company that explains all of the information verbally and in writing I have explained to David about the time frame and that we don't guarantee a pick up or delivery date we go around the proximate first available pick up dates I have also stated that the deposit is not refundable We also send e-mails that states there are no refunds and the customer is stating that we still no we don't we state it all .and I always call and return calls to all of my customers
