this woman,told me that in less than a week i will have my car pick,and after 20days i never got any good news,after calling her million times,she will only answer once,and when i ask her for my 125dlrs deposit,never did answer again,i believe that after a long wait of 20days,and no one ever getting my car,and paying copart 20dlrs a day for storage,the less she can do,is to give me my deposit back,i will never never work again with this person.now i did lost the deposit,and paid copar 220dollars storage,and my car still in kansas.the worst service ever.

We DON'T STILL we are an honest company that explains all of the information verbally and in writing I have explained to David about the time frame and that we don't guarantee a pick up or delivery date we go around the proximate first available pick up dates I have also stated that the deposit is not refundable We also send e-mails that states there are no refunds and the customer is stating that we still no we don't we state it all .and I always call and return calls to all of my customers
