I cannot say enough negative things about my experience with this company. I purchased a vehicle in Henderson Nevada that needed to be transported to Massachusetts. I told the person I spoke with, Kevin Connor, that I was waiting for paperwork to go through and didn't know exactly what day the car would be ready. He assured me that we could pick a tentative date and that as long as the change happened with a lead time of more than 24 hours there would be no additional charge. I let him know 4 days ahead that the time was going to have to be changed and he told me that I would have to pay an additional $200 for the change. Even worse, I specifically requested that the car be shipped in an enclosed trailer and was assured that it would be. Each time that I spoke with Kevin I repeated this request and asked for assurance and he assured me that the trailer would be enclosed. This was important as I was receiving a luxury car with a cloth convertible roof and I didn't want it being transported across the country in an open trailer in the middle of the winter. You can imagine my shock when I met the driver and he was driving an open trailer. When I called Kevin about it he acted like it was something that we never even discussed. I would never recommend this company ever. They are deceitful, untruthful and untrustworthy. Their treatment of customers is deplorable and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
