My rating specifically relates to this gentleman. At the end of the day, its the chemistry with the "person" thats working with you that makes or breaks the experience. This guy knew his business, had the ability to educate me in the nature of business of transport, which in turn left me more knowledgable in the process....Above all else, he maintained his integrity from start to finish. When there was an issue with the contracted company that transported the car, he stepped in took the burden of the issue and resolved it with urgency. Bottom line: He proved to be a man of his word, and I respect it. Truly a rare occurrence as a consumer nowadays...So Quicken Auto receives 5 stars, simply because of the man representing the company, Thanks again Chris!
