Very proactive in providing me almost daily updates sometimes multiple times a day. My car was transported cross-country enclosed by train to CA then open trailer from CA to NV just a few hours away. They were also able to accommodate delivering my vehicle before leaving for work at 0730. I will definitely be calling David next time I need a transport to include recommending to my friends.
