I am taking the time to write this because after three weeks of a long night mare of trying to get my car transported from Florida to Georgia I can now look back and wonder how I had the patience for dealing with something that I thought would be just a simple thing like calling a company finding out how much it would cost and tell them where and when to pick up and deliver. I can't begin to even remember how many calls I made to people that all they did was give you the run around saying i'll call you back and you sit there for days waiting and then finally after two weeks of waiting with one company she tells me the car hauler broke down and had to be fixed and she would have to get someone else and of course now its getting to be the season and it would cost more. Then there were men that would say don't worry I'll have someone pick it up tomorrow and two days later when I couldn't wait any longer I was on the road and was still trying to make arrangements sitting at a gas station for two hours and he still had no answer in the mean time I had talked to Chris awhile back and said trust in me I will get the job done. Whatever he had said made me feel I could trust him more than anyone else and sure enough he found a driver and every time I called to find out what was going on he would call be right back and not give me the run around and not call back for hours. I found Chris to be very professional and pleasant to deal with and seemed to have integrity where the other people I felt like the whole process was a scam and they were going to take my money deliver the car hopefully and then ask for more than they originally had said. From the minute Chris said he had someone to pick up car from then on it was a pleasure. They picked up car earlier than they even said delivered it to exactly where I wanted earlier than they said and was in perfect condition and the price was what was quoted from beginning. On top of it the driver was so nice we conversed for two hours after he delivered the truck. I would tell anyone who was looking to ship there car to please don't call anyone but Quicken and only deal with Chris DeFilippis. Next time I will save lots of time and lots of stress and aggravation by just calling Chris.
