This was my first time shipping a car, my daughters brand new car no less, with this type of service. So there was some anticipation and anxiety attached to the delivery. Quicken Auto was great. They were on top of getting me a good rate and getting me the paperwork. The actual transporter, the driver, was not so good at communicating the estimated day of delivery. But when there was doubt, I called Chris DeFilippis and he was very responsive on Saturday and Sunday, trying to find out when the car would be delivered. He followed it right until the moment my daughter got her car from the carrier. On the return I had an older car being brought down from NJ to Florida. There was no anticipation and no anxiety attached to this car - when it got here - it got here. The driver made one call, a welcome one, that the car would be at my home in an hour. Sure enough it was there. So my experience was an excellent one, Chris was great. My best advice, don't get nervous about your delivery - call Chris and let him do the worrying.
