I have never used a trucking company to ship a vehicle before.
The team at Quicken Auto Transport was very informative and professional. Mr DeFilippis walked me thru every step of the shipping process. His communication skills gave me the confidence that my vehicle would be delivered in a safe and timely manner. The driver delivering my vehicle is a good young man. He notified me upon pick up, phone calls along the route as to his location and reassuring me that my vehicle was fine. Driver notified me about one hour in advance so that I could prepare for arrival. Once to my location, the unloading process was very clean and quick. I would not hesitate to use Mr. DeFilippis and Quicken Auto Transport in the future.
