WORST SERVICE EVER

My car was supposed to be picked up April 24th in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This was promised to me because I had a flight leaving Michigan to New York on the morning of the 25th, and I was told they would definitely have a driver to do this for me because I gave 2 weeks notice. I was supposed to receive a call from the driver a few hours before he was coming to get my car to make sure the I'd be around with the keys for him. I never got a call.
So, I call back the company to make sure the driver has my number. And guess what! ON THE DAY OF MY SCHEDULED PICK UP, they don't have a driver for me. I mean, shouldn't they have called me a few days before at least and told me they couldn't find me a driver? Or at least don't promise me a driver in the first place. They said I could pay DOUBLE for a driver on that day otherwise my car would not be picked up. The only thing they could do for me, they said, is tell me to LEAVE MY KEYS IN MY CAR so that the car could be picked up the next day (they said they'd have a driver for me on the 25th). Naturally, I didn't do that because that would mean my car would be stolen.
I change my flight to the 25th at night to accommodate their mistake, and they still didn't have a driver for me. My car was not picked up, so thank god I didn't leave my keys in the car for them or "hide them behind a rock for less than 24 hours", as they suggested. At this point, I had to find somewhere to leave my car where I could leave my keys as well, but everyone had already left town. I called my friend who lives 45 minutes away from Ann Arbor and she picked up my car and brought it to her house for me until they ended up getting my car, 2 days later. Not only did they inconvenience me, but they also inconvenienced my friend. If she hadn't done that, my car would be stuck in Michigan all summer.
After all this, on the delivery date (which was 6 days late, by the way), they told me they don't know where the car is going (after I had given them the address multiple times, and they told me it's door to door service). I give them the address and low and behold, THEY CAN'T DELIVER TO MANHATTAN! They didn't tell me this when I specifically asked when signing up with the company. They made me take an 80 dollar cab ride (and 45 minutes away) to New Jersey to pick up my car.
After all of this, they didn't re-emberse me for ANY of my extra fees for their mistakes.
THIS COMPANY STINKS AND NOBODY SHOULD EVER BE INCONVENIENCED THIS MUCH. If they were 1 more day late, I wouldn't have been here to pick it up.
