I have never transported a car before so i wasn't very familiar with the process. I spoke with John and was immediately informed about everything involved. he answered all of my questions (and there were many of them) and always promptly returned my calls. John was very knowledgeable about the process and made sure that i felt comfortable with the transportation of my mercedes. i'm happy to say it was a very seamless transaction - no surprises, no dings, damages or delays. If/when i will have a need for this type of service again, John is definitely the man i will entrust with my car!
