John followed all of my requests to the letter! I had bought a vehicle from an elderly lady. He made sure the driver of the transport was careful to call before arrival and not frighten the lady. The driver was 24 hours ahead of schedule on delivery which was great. And he called before hand to make sure it was ok, and not interfering with something else. My first ransport, and if I ever need another- it will be these folks!
