Both the scheduler and the Driver were extremely courteous. The Pickup and Delivery were on time. During the trip, the tonneau top disappeared from the bed. It appeared to happen without the driver's knowledge during a wind and rain storm. Nothing in the bed was missing. And when the Driver noticed it, he moved what he could into a safe place. The driver agreed to pay for the replacement. The owner has filed a claim with his insurance company who will probably cover the loss. I was very pleased with this experience. It was my first. I chose Quality because they were able to pickup the earliest and the price was the least.
