I looked online and got a bunch of quotes and follow up emails. Chris was the only one who took the time to follow up by phone. He was persistent but not aggressive. He explained how the business works and why I was getting lower quotes, he pointed towards his reviews and his competitors. Long story short I sent 2 cars from Florida to California uneventfully which is what you hope for. Chris was following up every step of the way (even though he got his brokers fee already, the true mark of a customer focused business man). Since then I have referred 2 of my friends to him and they had the same experience. 5 starts because that is the max. I would give him 10 if possible.
