After 2 dz bids I learned the brokers who provide a low bid can change the price without any penalties. I decided to go with one who had zero bad reviews. Christopher was very responsive and took a $50 cut in his fee to honor the $550 bid to secure a driver. Renting a car and finding someone to hand off my car helped manage the process. We returned the rental car early so it only cost an extra $50.
