I called Chris on a Tuesday morning, and the car was picked up that very same evening(!). The driver was great - personable, communicative and polite.

The car was delivered clean and without any damage. Shipping took a couple of days longer than we had initially expected because of an unexpected dropoff... but 6 days from coast to coast is better than you'd expect anyway - win win.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris again. In fact, I haven't - I've given his contact information to many of my friends and business partners.
