Scammers - Very Poor Customer Service

Order # 839289-WU This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Please DO NOT get involved with them. They were to pick up my car May 11. Not only did nothing happen but they did not attempt to contacted me. When I called them, they hung up on me. They signed a bogus contract with me, and completely screwed me; resulting in me having to find another carrier, at the last minute, for a much higher rate. I reached out to Kim Lemuel on April 30 expressing "concern" he he responded " Thanks for your email. You don't have to worry, everything is in place here to pick up your BMW on May 11th. We still have lots of time. Drivers usually accept the load days before pick up. Will keep you posted.” Bottom line, based on my experience, Q Auto are liars and thieves, sign bogus contracts that they never intend to honor, and they have very poor customer service. That about sums it up. David
