This was a very horrible and misleading first experience with trying to transport my vehicle from ny to fl. I spoke with a guy named Lawrence the first time they gave me a price and when I called to accept the offer they gave me a different price I said no thank you and ended the call and then I was returned a call stating that they’re willing to work with me and they’ll give me the price which originally was given to me that they did find a driver so I decided to go with them and start the process they made me fill out some docu sign forms and give them my card information and a dollar down to start and I’ve been calling ever since and I have not been able to reach this person. I made my friend call and they answered to his call and I still have not received a call not text Oppose to when I started the process every second I called every text I texted They answered and now nothing and this is horrible and misleading customer service and I just hope anyone looking to ship with the company DONT do it! because they’re very unprofessional and I even explained to them that I need this done in a timely manner and my children need to get to school and he promised he’d walk me through the whole process from beginning to end. I hope no one else experiences this
