Q Auto transport is a Broker that arranges the truck to take your vehicle. My experience was positive, in that they were responsive, followed up, and were mostly up front with rates and terms. The customer service is well organized and transparent from one person to another in that I could speak with anyone and the all knew what was going on and my order's history. The truck was delivered undamaged once it was finally picked up.
A couple of Notes you may find helpful:
1) The rate quoted is approximate - our was about $100 less than actual.
2) The pick up date is "to be determined" - In a major city, it can be pretty quick, in my location (small town USA), it took 2 weeks to find a carrier.
3) The carrier will not give much notice - maybe a day or two. However, he is an independent company that is not really related to Q-Auto.
4) My carrier was excellent - he was friendly, we worked together to get a big heavy truck loaded in slippery conditions, and he communicated with me frequently.
5) Heads UP! The Carrier expects to be paid Cash or a Bank Check upon delivery. Not Q-Auto, the carrier. You need to be there when it dropped off, or have arraignments to have someone pay them, or your vehicle goes somewhere else

Overall, I'd use Q-Auto again, and be a little wiser.
