...for a first time shipper I was very nervous because I have heard horror stories in the past with car transport across country. Mine went seamless, car was picked up on time and I was notified of the approximate delivery date. As a matter of fact I was still preparing to board a plane from California when my car was reportedly already in the MDV area. Thanks Q-Auto for the work you have done as well as the carrier who delivered my car. Day was cold, driver had the car running with the heat on all set and ready for me when I arrived at the pickup location. No dents, scratches...only bugs (not a big deal at all). I am one happy customer !!
