This is my first time to ship a car , I just found them online and read some reviews , not all reviews are good but when I called them the lady named Mary Navarro seems to be nice . So I tried to research for more about this Q Autotransport , Mary have answered all of my questions including how much to tip the driver which she said is not required. I shipped my 1996 Toyota 4Runner from San Jose,CA to to my son in Brandywine ,MD coast to coast and was delivered in 6 days .It was delivered as is no damage, nothing is missing the driver Eric is good. The car was delivered on time although it is dirty , not a big deal , its understandable because it was loaded on an open truck and its raining when they pickup and sunny on the other states. After all they are good and recommended , I would use them again in the future .Thanks to Mary Navarro and the driver Eric.
