We needed to send a car to our son in San Diego CA,from Greensboro NC.

After doing some research,it became clear to us that many car transport companies offered various prices and guarantees that were difficult to evaluate and compare.

That was until we received an e-mail from Mary Navarro from Q Auto Transport.It was a clear,straightforward and easy to understand description of their services,fees and,most importantly,an explanation of what to expect in the car transportation process.

From the first moment,in our telephone conversation,Mary Navarro made me feel very comfortable by explaining how Q Auto Transport would handle the transport of the car.

After we agreed and signed the contract,Mary Navarro fulfilled,every commitment she made to us.She had told us that the car would be picked up in 2 to 5 days:it was picked up in 1 day!
For the delivery,she had told us that it would take between 7 to 10 days;it was delivered to my son in 7 days,without any problems.Throughout the whole process,she would call us to give us updates,which were very reassuring to us.

We are very satisfied customers,who can fully recommend Mary Navarro and Q Auto Transport to anybody who is considering transporting their vehicle.
