Awful company to work with

Working with this company was such a horrible experience for me. I have no idea how this company has 5 stars. I contacted them 2 weeks or so before I was moving from Texas to California. They told me they were confident they could find a driver to move my car. Well a week goes by and I am getting ready for my big move (my first move) I was already stressed out enough as it is. I felt comfortable with the price and I thought they would follow through. Here I am now a week after I have already moved, still no car. Any time I call to check in Jenny answers and rudely says "we are working on it" as if me calling to check up on my status is an absolute inconvenience for her. I have had a rental car for a week now and I am losing more money than I should be. My husband is a marine and is super stressed to begin with and now we still have no car and are struggling with how much longer we can use a rental because of the cost. I explained that to jenny and she used her usual "okay well we are working on it"... This company has awful customer service and does not even try to help their customers. Like we get it you are "working on it" but I kind of need my car. Such a huge mistake trying to work with them. The least they could have done is be understanding or friendly but apparently this company does not know how to do either.
