They will say anything and will do everything before you give them payment.
After receiving payment things changed. It took over a month to receive a car from Michigan to State of Washington. Very hard to get hold of and when you do you hear promises which turn in to lies, and when you call them back they point finger to you and blaming you for miss understanding. They told me that they will refund me $150.00. However they refund $1.00 and for other $149.00 I had to contact my credit card and dispute the charges. (This went to my favor)
People that I was dealing with was Ms. Kelly Collins and Mr. Will Rios (both not worth my time) empty promises and flat-out lies.
Mr. Rios promised me a check of good will of $100.00 as “compensation for my troubles” (did not receive it).
Once again facing lies, I wrote the review which Mr. Rios did not like and he did let me know by writing me an e mail.
After me calling him, Mr. Rios convinced me that there was a misunderstanding and if I remove review he is going to refund me $100.00 straight in to my credit card account. (Never happen)
However, I did fulfill my promise to him and removed the review.
One month later and many e mails and telephone calls I decided to cut any further conversation with those people and the Q Auto Transport.
Therefore, I am writing this review and will stay permanent on their record.
