When they picked up the car - the man marked his document that the car has many scratches, which was not true. When I complained, he gave me a hard time and did not want to take the vehicle, after I signed the document. I wanted to call the cops - and then he came back and finally took the car. I was nervous that the car will not get to the destination. Instead of 10 days, it took 14 day for the vehicle to get to CA. The car was very dirty. For the salt to come off, the vehicle had to be washed 3 times before it was clean. The bottom line - the vehicle was not damaged and everything was fine, which was my main concern.
