Both of my experiences have been positive! To start from our first call when the order gets placed they work very hard to meet your pick up dates,Then customer service will follow up after the vehicle is in transit.I have had no issues with the drivers at all.If I could change anything it would be payment options, credit card,business checks, even if it needed to be in two transactions it would be more convenient.
