my pick up day was monday so they said between monday and wednesday it would be picked up, kept calling and she said they wld call when they had a driver, wednesday came and she dinied that she said that "bullshit" finally thursday came i called and they said well none of r drivers want to go to wisconsin so i waited al week for just to cancell this place is horrible customer service plus they dont always get back to u when u leave a message!
