We used this company to move from Illinois to Ohio. Long story short, the movers stole cash and jewelry (~$750 worth) because they subcontracted to a company, logistic van lines that used 2 random people from Craigslist! Obviously not insured and bonded as Purple Heart claims. We filed a police report and have contacted purple heart multiple times. Each time we call, they say they contracted the job to a third party and will ask them to call us but can't help beyond that.
We paid $5000+ for this move, were courteous to our movers, provided multiple meals, beverages and generous tips (before we realized what was taken). All we wanted was reimbursement for what was stolen. Zero response or sense of responsibility from purple heart.
