we here at pronto global actually are quite appalled at what your saying, first and foremost we are a brokers who set up the logistics to get your car picked up. you bought this car at a salvage yard meaning it can come damaged you were upset because the auction you bought it from damaged the bumper and you wanted to sell this car as quick as possible for the most possible profit which we understand of course. but please do not lie and make yourself seem like that in this case it wasnt the drivers fault nor our fault. you bought this car at an auction and that is how they gave it to the driver
