I am extremely dissapointed with Prolux. The vehicle arrived damaged, filthy and late. I paid for enclosed shipping and the way the car finally arrived it must have been shipped in an open trailer.
I am getting no results in my attempt to be reimbursed for the damage to the front bumper of the car, just one excuse after another. The vehicle was detailed the day before it left California but arrived with grease all over the interior. This is totally unacceptable. I would suggest being very cautious when thinking about dealing with Prolux. In my opinion, the website is much nicer than the reality.

The customers car was repaired by the insurance company.
